Electric Fence
What would you rather have an electric fence or a chain for pets?
My friend and I are in a fight for what we believe is more sure, he says, because an electric fence can choke chain. I mean, because the chain of an electric fence electricity cna kill! What do u!
It depends on what kind of pet. If this is a harmless dog, then a string would be a good idea. But on the other hand, if you put a voltage very frnce low. Low enough to give only the dog [in this example] a little spark. After a fence might be a good idea. But overall I would go with the chain.
