Duty Folding

What do you do at your meetings DEP? Any branch ..?
I have heard many people talk about how they just sit in the office and go on work of memory … I'm curious what other meetings are like DEP. I'm in the DEP for the U.S. the Air Force. I personally like going to my meetings. First we line height and weight, then training in the "lobby" type of things .. We look at the movements in front, face, right face left face, arms, cars, weapons, command, rest position, to taste … My recruiter, the recruiter from a nearby office, and airmen in service and make us walk RAP rank insignia questions, important names, things like that. Practice folding / rolling shirts, socks, towels … Get some PT. Pushups, crunches, and run one-half mile. So we tend to scream a little because we suck lol. My recruiter is a former IT, so maybe that contributes to why we do both.
I was working rotating shifts and usually missed them. (Marina) Those who did were for: Paintball with the rest of the DEP, and another meeting which began again, ate pizza, and prepared our two recruiters to the stories of the sea. (Very good information there, if you get past the BS … believe me, there's a lot of BS in most stories sea, etc. War Stories.) I think a lot depends on the recruiter, and the branch a little. (Obviously, Navy and Air Force are less concerned about fire and road running, etc)
