How to deal with ear infections in dogs (black labs) without going to the vet?
The best thing to do is prevent it from happening. Do not let your dog hang his head out the window when mounted in the car. Make sure he does not have underlying food allergies, which can cause problems such as chronic ear infections. Also make sure you do not have seasonal allergies or regular things like grass, dust, etc. Ask your vet for a proper rinse Ear / cleaner and how often to use it, or in the case of allergies, a preventive treatment.
