to keep the neck when shes not walked for a few hours per day to their aid in their training. she is a completely different dog when its on and I know that is adjusted to the right and is comfortable. she listens sooo much better with him. i see her when she is at home, and his well-mounted so it really couldnt be caught in anything. it is a laboratory of 70 pounds eight months old. I feel bad for all you get stuck in, lol.
