My neighbor put a dog collar around the neck with a strap that is attached to its leg through the dogs … Why?
He has a pastor German, and every day last week, my neighbor has been walking down the street on all fours barking dog behind. The collar is around his neck, and the strap is attached through the dog foreleg. The dog seems fine with it, but this seems a bit strange to me. I did the same with my cat, but a dog, that's just weird. Have you seen someone do this? Why do this?
