How can I get my dog to eat and eat without vomiting!?

My 2 year old female Terrier Beddlington has cardiomyopathy and liver disease. She is on medication (enalapril and furosemide). 2 weeks ago she threw up her prescription diet (Hills L / D) and now it is not. I tried to give of eat pieces of cooked turkey meat, minced chicken, cooked rice, mashed potatoes (All Plain), a prescription diet (Royal Canin early heart), but each night, she vomits. He was in the veterans on a fluid drip yesterday was mashed friction (2 tablespoons) for dinner and vomited again last night. She is so weak and thin (bones outgoing). I gave him chicken soup this morning, she kept it down so far and has returned to the vets on Monday. Can anyone offer advice on what I think I could keep down? The vet has already said he might have to get to bed early, not eating because it is eroding and collapsing … She is so young for this to happen to her and little dog is so happy and nice! Its unfair and I feel I can save her. PLEASE HELP!

Goat Yogurt is very easy Collecting, treating only a teaspoon of this every 20 minutes, it could be small amounts of scrambled eggs mixed with water (omitting milk and butter) fish or chicken with rice wet. Also consider that may be reacting to medication.Frusemide is a diuretic, if I had to go on a drip that was obviously dehydrated, therefore if the drug is to encourage them to urinate that can cause dehydration. Ask your veterinarian about this, you should also receive packets of electrolytes to avoid dehydration additional. (Do not wait until Monday) Place Shringar electrolytes in which the veterinarian can provide. Tilt your head forward and apply a small amount of liquid toward the front of the mouth, do this every ten minutes. Hills is not free of grain and experts now say that grain can cause problems. The grain is hard to digest. Search the Internet for food that contains no grains, meat or dairy foods. I know that yogurt is dairy goats, however, its much easier to digest yogurt made with cow's milk. Be careful
