Tips for raising a puppy farmer?
Hi All we are thinking of buying a puppy in a couple of weeks and have already begun to stock up on supplies (kennel, dog bed, lead, neck etc.) I love chocolate labs, but I hear that can easily become overweight if overfed and not getting enough exercise. What is the recommended amount of exercise and if you have any other advice would be appreciated! Thanks
It takes a long time operation .. I'm here believing they need to run / exercise (playing Frisbee, fetch or run flat) at least twice a day and at least 20-30 min of each session. This is a lot at first, but after getting sterilized and 'calm' usually between 1 1 / 2 and 2, which require almost the amount of exercise, but still require some courses. This is just to burn the energy puppy and teach their skills to come and look, feel .. excellent training time. The other thing about the labs .. I love them and would again in a minute .. is that some of them (as a period of dogs .. I just noticed More on labs) to decide on an item to chew and that's all .. No arrests .. that is its subject!
