My dog (a year and 4 months old) are not foreign Poo. A small dog should not be excluded. It's too dangerous. If you cannot housebreak him, then I suggest that you give to someone who can, and that will keep him inside. Try to pay attention to the time of day when you (most dogs go to same time every day, often right after eating). Make sure you take him outside at the time, and then keep taking it back at regular intervals until he leaves. When goes outside, praise him and take him back into the house.
