What if I send a dog without a health certificate?
I have a friend check my dog as checked baggage. It is a domestic flight of the ANC to DTW (Michigan). She has no time to obtain a health certificate and Delta does not need papers for flying pets as checked baggage. What if I want papers when he gets in Detroit, and she did not have any? Will they want papers? Can I get an IM to declare veteran health once you have flown? I called to Metro Detroit, but have not returned my call. What fees? Can I get the papers once hes here?
