Dog grooming?
The newly approved four shih tzu I have only been to the groomers once when he was rescued and they had to shave, because all mats. She did not really need a haircut now, we just want to get bathed and especially the nails cut. I could bathe her but I'm not comfortable with the performance of your nails! Should I take the lady back her hair when he was rescued – who charges $ 35 (inc. bath, nails, ears, expressing their glands and any cut)? She was good and I would be with her when our Shih Tzu needs more preparation. Or should I go to someplace like PetSmart – which charges $ 23 (inc. bath, nails and ears). I'm not sure the experience in hairdressing PetSmart – any good / bad experiences with them?
Honestly, if you have found a good groomer that does a great job, stick with it! For $ 12, you will have peace of mind knowing that she has experience and has proven your skills with your dog grooming. It's like finding a good hairdresser …. If you found a big one that did a great cut / style hair would not be you willing to follow that person for the extra money? Unlike taking a risk with someone who may / may not be experienced, and capable of doing as good of a job? If you are willing to bathe your dog yourself, just give the abuser (which already has been) a call and find out what they would charge only to clip the nails of dog. They only take a few minutes and not cost you much!
