against diseases cat dog? that can engage each other?

I'm looking "and thats takingin adopting a stray cat adopted us – I have a dog – what should i gt check out the cat – and I fully b4 allowing you to check possibilly intractable with my dog? (other than rabies?)

Rabies, and zoonotic diseases can be spread, but your dog should be vaccinated anyway. Parvo and distemper * may * be transmitted, but is rare, and different / less severe forms (note: Feline distemper virus is a parvovirus, canine distemper is a virus … and the dog paramyxo parvo and feline distemper virus strains are different and therefore so do not attack the headquarters of the same way). Your dog must be vaccinated against those too, anyway … so it is almost impossible that he had caught nothing (rarely transmitted even if the dog is not impossible to vaccinate … and if the dog is). Most parasites can be, however … so do not let your dog comes in contact with cat poop … Still, most parasites are easily treated. Other than that … fine. I would not worry about them interact … dog has no more chance of getting something from the cat in his house he walked down a dirt road. Just keep him away from the cat poop … is the only thing that probably may cause a problem.
