Need an affordable place to live! Monterey, CA area … ideas?
My husband is a Forest Service Fire – However, while the house: Government in Big Sur, CA – No – there are no units available in the family there! I have 2 med / lrg dogs – well trained, and in September when I have to go to the area that will a 1 month old and one years old 8. Since I will not be able to work until we find adequate child care will be living on one income and have about 1100 dollars per month to spend on rent during the first 6 months. more or less. With the understanding that with gas prices, will spend another $ 300/mo in the life of gas in Salinas, CA or other outlying area – or rent a place near Monterey and apply that $ additional gas to higher rental costs – really balances to about $ 1400/mo. Does anyone have any suggestions? I checked the newspaper, craigslist and rent.com – I would like a house with a fenced yard and a lower reservoir due to movement 1 / 2 way through the U.S. (Around $ 2,300), which draw most of my savings, any help would be great! Thanks!
Marine Checkout, Seaside, Salinas, Prunedale, Soledad, but it will be hard. The area is not cheap to rent or buy. Craigslist is the easiest way to find resources a permanent list of homes.
