How to tell if a dog breeder is part of a puppy mill?
I live in PA and looking to get a puppy dog Greenfield. The dog that I I is very rare (one puginese) and puppies Greenfield is the only place where I can get this kind of dog in the PA. I do research online, and some I found forums that said that the breeders who advertise in Greenfield puppies are moslty ranging from puppy mills. So how will I know if the breeder of dog I want is a puppy mill?
