How can I find a reputable Yorkshire Terrier Breeder in MN?
I am interested in getting a Yorkshire Terrier. I want a pure race. No I oppose the adoption of one, but usually there are no or much information available about the dog. I'll be looking at shelters in my area but I would like to also look into the breeders. I do not know how to find a good reputation here in MN in the Twin Cities area. I tried searching online, but there are so many that I can not tell the differance between them. I also wondered if anyone knew how much it would cost over a Yorkie from a breeder or adoption. I've seen online pricing ranging from $ 150 to $ 2500 for both the adoption and purchase. Thanks for any help! Jamie
have you checked website breed club for a list of breeders of confidence? likely that a puppy from a reputable breeder will be around 1,000. Notice of the health test parents tested, and supported by a breeder's lifetime care, will be well worth it! Or you could check for a Yorkie rescue in your area.
