I am looking to adopt. I am in the state of Washington. What should I bring with me to a shelter, and adoption rates are and how much?
www.petfinder.com is a good place to start. Most shelters and rescue organizations have been placed at the disposal of their dogs there. Many of these organizations have links to their web sites that explain the basic adoption rates and conditions to you. Fees can range from $ 20 $ 200, varies. I'm glad you decided to adopt:)
