Diet Nature

What would be an excellent diet consists of a hybrid of weightlifting, long distance runner?
I'm a freak of nature I am a fitness fanatic. Last year both my children had a history of long distance events and lifting of equipment (in my weight class). As So I am very confused because a diet of weights is different from a runners so I was wondering what the daily intake of carbohydrates, proteins and calories should be for someone like me!
"The diet Anshar" As an American I've seen enough crazy fad diets in my day to fill several weeks full of infomercials and ads. As such, I will give him the benefit of many years of health and nutrition classes and doing my good deed for the year. I'm going to tell you how not only lose weight, but change the composition of your body, improve your health, and best of all .. maintained. First, let's dispel some common myths. Myth 1: Eat less calories than I do lose weight. Unfortunately, this is not always true. A lot of different programs on your metabolism factors, but one of the key things is how often you eat. If fasting all day and then enjoy a final meal of 500 calories a day, nearly everything is stored in your body. Myth 2: I can have a diet without carbohydrates and be healthy. This really is a testament to the number of Americans want a quick fix. Diets like Atkin's diet cause your body to start devouring each other same, increase your cholesterol level, and in some cases it may even kill you. One thing I will not discuss the fact death will make you lose weight permanently. Myth 3: If I go on a diet I lose weight. 99% of dieters end up putting on more weight they have lost a diet. This is because the diet is supposed to be style change, not something you do for 2 weeks. If you starve your body will make fat cells and increase their size even faster. Myth 4: I have to go out and do exercise to lose weight. This is not really true, but it is important to say that daily activities will keep you healthy. If it burns almost no calories every day what more do you think your body is going to do with them? Balance of a healthy lifestyle with good diet is what you want here, do not remove life by running every afternoon. Myth 5: The scale in my bathroom gives me a good idea of how healthy I am. The dreaded bathroom scale does not say how you're healthy. Say you have 10 pounds of fat, not drinking water, and have little muscle mass. Then I exercise for 3 months and moisturize every day. Lose 5 pounds of fat but the increase of 7 pounds of muscle and average 3 pounds of water weight. What happens when I look at the scale? Are you being fair to yourself? The judge for yourself how you feel, not what a number of laps under his feet he says. With these common myths out of the way will tell you the secret. There are five easy steps. ~ ~ Diet Anshar ~ ~ 1. Only eat until you are no longer hungry. This does NOT mean you starve. That is, after taking a few bites of food question if you're still hungry. If you are not in the fridge it goes. While we're at it, chewed food. at least 10 times per mouthful (using common sense, if you're eating applesauce, this is no excuse for being an idiot). 2. Eat at least 6 (more if your schedule permits) meals a day. I know this seems counterintuitive, but listen. If you eat 6-8 times a day meals are very small (usually around 100-200 calories snacks) if only to eat until you're hungry. When your body is not hungry your metabolism is not storing energy as fat. It's that simple. Smaller meals help in the digestion, increase the nutrition you get from your food and prevent it from being lethargic. If you eat when your body is hungry for more stores as fat ( "Hmm. I'm hungry, I do not know where my next meal will come! Rather than stick with it. ") 3. EAT BEFORE you get hungry. 6.10 Schedule your meals throughout the day and stick to them. If you're waiting until you get hungry to eat and you fuck it. Your body stores energy if you're hungry, if you see your body of food and only Take what you need then is operating at maximum efficiency. This is known as the schedule for their metabolism. 4. Eat breakfast. Always. Your first meal of the day is also food that have no choice but to be hungry. His body was replenishing itself overnight and fuel requirements. From now you know that hunger means that food stored below that mean you want to keep the light breakfast. A cup of cereal and a banana. A granola bar and an apple. The light does not mean you skip breakfast. If you skip breakfast, you are telling your metabolism turn ALL the next meal you eat into stored fat. 5. Drink water. (I'm a big hypocrite on this, but I can not emphasize enough) Most people think that if they pick up a glass of orange juice instead of soda are doing themselves a favor, and that's not quite true. A glass of orange juice can have only as many calories as some soft drinks. Try looking on the label in some time. If you're thirsty, drink water. If you love your drink then have your soda (real soda, not diet, artificial sweeteners have argued that one of the worst things that never happen Western civilization). If you choose a drink to treat yourself, pour yourself a glass and a half, do not take a can or bottle with you.
