What are the laws on the sale of designer inspired handbags?
When I go on holiday I always see people selling imitation designer handbags. I set up shop and sell some, but want to ensure that its legal. I would, of course, tell people who are not the real thing, just to appear inspired by the most expensive. Also, where can I order lots of these bags? Thank you.
Sell "any" of items forged in the U.S. is illegal, even if you tell people that are not real, you're still violating the laws in the U.S.. However, while the bags are not the same logo, name, etc., may be sold. To order bags similar try putting words like "inspired handbags" designer bags "and so on.
