What is the best brand of dog food for a dachshund puppy?
My dachshund had puppies a week ago.I know that I have wait until they are weaned before she can eat real food for dogs, but I want to be prepared. What is the best time for the puppies of this breed? Purina? Science Diet? Eukanuba?
Science Diet canned start can be mixed with puppy milk to make it thinner as they grow then be mixed puppy small bites dry. Science Diet is the best, and Dachshunds tend to have problems later in life teeth and dry food helps keep plaque from your teeth.
