What should I do? People Control animals were interview today. She was wearing a heavy coat and only got bit in hand, he was cradling our dog and had three dogs, literally hanging his coat when the neighbor came out and kicked offthe other dogs owned by tenants in a house about 3 blocks from where the attack occurred. She is totally traumatized and can not go out and want to go! If not for the neighbor who had been maimed by death … one was a rottweiller mix, a Jack Russell terrier and the other a doberman mix! She screamed for help, and thanks to God asking for help. The neighbor called police and firefighters, said his hand was fine and now it's up to animal control. The dogs probably be put down. The owners are calumnies of medical bills. They could be fined. Might be able to sue in civil court. The owners could be charged with dangerous animals not under control.
