How I can build a cheap Halloween costume Using clothes you already own?
I have a Halloween party up at the university I attend. I can not pay to go to buy or rent the costumes available in stores, although many suits and clothing to help build a suit. I just need help finding an idea, because I do not want to be the typical hippie rock chick, goth, vampire or nerd. I want to be unique in more than 150 people will be at the party, and I do not want to use the same as someone else. Can anyone help?
