How to get laid in the foundation on your clothing?
I wear mineral foundation makeup. Where I live is too cold for that every day I should be wrapped in a scarf and a hat. Recently I started to notice spots on your hat, scarf and my coat collar of my foundation. I tried cleaning with soap and water, but it comes out. The stain appears to be set in. It stains become permanent? If I can not be used to remove them? Thank you.
Put on a 90 degree wash if possible
