Help for residential property managers?
I've been running residential properties about 9 months now, and it is increasingly clear that too many people used to lving in a world without jobs. These people stereotype did not even attempt to become gainfully employed. My question is: I would like implimented that all applicants attempting to obtain residency in any of my properties have been employed for a minimum of one year. Is this legal? I call your current employer and ask how long they've been there, and if you're a troublemaker? I'm so sick of liberals and the democratic principles which are becoming my nice blue collar residential areas in urban slums. I'm at the end of my rope!
Background, employment and credit checks are standard procedures when selecting tenants. I'm sure the owner assess the thoroughness of the property manager in the search for a tenant who can afford the time.
