What color pants look better with khaki trench coat?

I have black pants with red pin stripes, and I also have khaki pants almost the same color as the trench coat. Which ones would look better?

I have to go with the black ones mainly because black goes with anything! Also, wearing khaki pants with a khaki trench coat would look kinda tacky. That’s just my opinion though. Hope I’ve helped!
