If I were a Christian – I’d be suspicious…
No, there isn’t because it was a forgery per Snopes. The spiritual significance about the Bush Administration relates to the stars on the GOP elephant turning upside down after he became president. Not the upright stars like the US flag or the Democratic horse.
So, why would the Sigl of Baphomet star emblazen their logo? The Roman Catholics used it during the Inquisition against the Knights of Templar.
