The degree of tension that a cat collar must be in a cat?
I bought a cat collar cat the other day. Just wondering the extent of tension should be in the cat. It is snug but not too loose there. Enough to put 3 fingers between her and her neck? It is the necklace which shows that, it into a jam or struggle.
you should be able to fit at least two fingers in it and must be fair
