How can I loosen the shoulder straps in a car booster seat?
I need to know how to loosen the shoulder straps in a car booster seat? There seems to be a relaxation mechanism in the back. I'm lost. I borrow my daughter for the holidays. Please help if you know. I award points. Thanks so much!
If its just a safety seat, not only used the car seat belt strap to your child? Booster seats usually do not come with the straps. If you mean a car seat, then it just depends really on the mark. Some have a button on the front is pressed while will pull the straps to loosen them. Some have have to pull a rope while pulling webbing. Others have a mechanism that tightens the top. It just depends really brand. Continue playing around with it until you find out. Look into the seat of the car to see if there's a 1-800 number to call for help. As a last resort, take your local fire / police department and ask for help. They are really good in the installation and adaptation of these things.
