Cage Divider

Can I have a quaker parrot and a cockatoo in a cage with a divider in the middle?
I bought this cage (http://www.everything-birds.com/p23/Double-Forte-Flight-Cage-by-A&E-Cage-Co/product_info.html ) And I have my cockatiels in one of them and my quaker parrot be going in the other side. But that will be a problem? Like if one of my cockatiels is Chillin (could not think of another word) on the side of the cage which is also the divisor, the quaker parrot to be able to bite her toes? If so, what do you suggest I do? Was thinking of putting a bit of cardboard next to the dealer? I'm not sure yet. I'm not going to get a new cage, because although I just spent $ 300 on this one and 2 hours putting it together. I have an extra cage though, but is rather small
The cage looks good but you are right, there is always the possibility of fingers feet burned. I try to get a piece of Plexiglas to the size of the central division and the use of stainless steel screws for mounting. It is going to take to make the frame re also clear divider insert and reassemble. A little provocative, but mind well worth the peace of which will, in addition to security for small fingers and saving the vet bill. They will be able to see each other and not harm the overall beauty of its cage. However, no one ever expect to actually cages in the same space. That could be very dangerous, especially for the Cockatiel. And forget the cardboard. Part of it can have toxic glue on it and they will not chewed more than in any case. Good luck.
