If you are authorized by USDA to breed dogs and their license revoked can still be a hobby breeder?
I have curiosity .. If you are a dog breeder USDA licensed and at the close of business that are still legally able to be a hobby breeder? I have tried to find the USDA regulations on this issue, but no luck so any information would be greatly appreciated! I did not get close this question refers to someone I know was closed and she thinks can still be a hobby breeder. I think it's wrong and I'm trying to verify that.
USDA = commercial breeders who have very low standards of care, giving multiple warnings and fines before closing ever someone. The probability that someone would leave the race after you close them all is slim to zero.
