What small dog breed should I get?
I'm thinking of getting another dog. I currently have an average size Mutt (whom I adore!), But I've been thinking for a long time to get a smaller dog too. Do not worry, I'll make a lot of research before I take a dog, but I am interested in your opinion too! I love long-haired breeds and love them brushing. I have arthritis in the hip, so I can not go on long walks, but I can to walk about. I am seeking a friendly lap dog that can cope with lots of hugs! I know most small breed dogs tend to be Yappy well that if there is a race less Yappy, I'd love to know. Looking for something 25 pounds or less. I'd love to hear your suggestions!
You just described the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. That do not require too much exercise. All that matters is being with you. I hardly ever bark unless they have reason too. They are naturally good manners and eager to please making them easy to train extremeley. intelligant are wonderful dogs and make theropy. They are very affectionate and are affectinant and final lap dogs. they cuddle.They love to get along with children and other pets such as large dogs.
