What do I have to feed obese dogs Bichon Frise? ?

I just adopted two dogs at the shelter and are obese. I wonder what and how much due to food? Home cooked food? Raw food? Canned? Kibble? How many times a day? Any advice would be great! Bichon Frise are mixed, the ages of 7 and 9.

Any lower-quality assets / senior formula would be nice. Just be warned that little white dogs are sometimes allergies to certain ingredients – mine is allergic to corn and I have to feed them a lamb and rice formula. I also supplement with a capsule of oil fish to maintain healthy skin – which tend to bite a lot. You know you have allergies to two weeks will begin to kick their legs and / or chew on their fur hind legs. Watch more – it also contain corn! Be sure to walk several times a day. They need exercise to lose weight – start with a walk around the block three times a day and work up to 20-30 minutes three times a day, or, if this is not possible, work up to an hour once a day. It will help you work out of Oreo cookies you may have about snacker around 3:00 today too! Also only feed twice a day. I put their bowls for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. If they get into everything and does not eat – they will be hungry at the next mealtime. It also helps me know when they will poop. If you are feeding quality food to be pooping twice a day – solid poop too (easy to learn). Good luck and thanks for the adoption rather than buying a puppy a PetStore.
