Best of Army / Navy surplus stores are out of army and naval bases. Get the best things about the source (young soldiers / sailors who need the money, that guy who steals your stuff, people leaving the service). If you are looking for uniforms navy surplus stores in Nebraska, then probably be out of luck. You can probably find something on E-bay or one of the many websites available surplus store.
