How I can change the color of a military jacket?
I bought a camouflage military jacket (most recent) a Halloween costume. I have tried spray paint that green has to be, but it seems it will be too dark because of the camouflage colors underneath. I've tried using fabric dye in the washing machine, does not seem to be doing anything. I really need to find a way to change this color to a light shade so you can spray the green has to be. Any ideas?
Forget it as I have been sprayed painted it. The material is probably trying to repel stains (ink and paint included) Go to a thrift store and buy a jacket green for a few dollars.
