Apparel Harness
HOW TO LOOK LESS LIKE A NEWB WHEN YOU PLAY PAINTBALL?
I can’t afford paintball pants or a really expensive mask or anything like that.
I am going to start trying out for a few teams in a month, but i don’t have any apparel.
Im pretty sure this will affect me in actually making a team.
Do you think if i can get a jersey and maybe a harness, I will be okay?
And im sure many of you are thinking…”It doesn’t matter what you ware”, but it does when your trying to make a team. Thats just how people are.
I want to look more proffesional even though i cant Afford all this crap.
It seems that all these paintball players suck and their parents just buy them all these nice guns and gear to make them look good, when really they suck.
So anyway, please just tell me how to look more professional so my chances are better for making a team.

you def. NEED a harness, jersey’s aren’t necessary but….. as far as pants, try and wear paintball pants, they dont cost that much, maybe like $50 max (well if their slightly used) You def. need a DECENT GUN…. also cleats are a must…
I will tell you straight out… i’m a captain of my speedball team, when we have tryouts, if your just wearing blue jeans, short sleave shirt, no pack, no gloves, no cleats, no paintball pants, no jersey and have a crappy gun, and there’s this other kid thats just as good as you are, but has a decent gun, pants, jersey and so forth, that kid’ll make the team before you will, but this only applies IF your of the same goodness….
just a side note, the people that just wear plain clothing are usally the ones that suck, so try anything that you can to look like you actally know what your doing
