is they use to residents of a dog that barks all the time, and is leading Emad Everyon here? / The guy is scary .. carrying weapons to bully unpleasant fellow drug dealer.
I devices as annoying as the dog barking. Not all humans can hear noise, but I can not focus and makes me more upset that the dog ………. Talk to neighbors and then call the authorities Local and inform them if we do something about the dog. Nobody should have to hear a dog barking and usually there is some kind of neglect or abuse because of the constant barking, so do not feel bad about turning in.
