She is brand new, so I want a technique that avoids this hecdache, Any suggestions and help !!!!!!!!!! Thanks puup the reason my mom is away so soon because his mother was a nurse and no ….

You can not prevent a puppy from chewing (actually chewed to relieve pain when teething), but you can teach him not to bite objects-toys. The first thing to do to ensure your puppy is safe and not to chew something dangerous or valuable is to keep your puppy in a confined space (eg, cooking) and puppy-proof that limits the area. At such a young age a puppy does not need access to all other rooms, especially when you are away. You can enter your puppy into other rooms, little by little at a later stage. You can actually use these "invitations" as more treatment on: every time the puppy behaves well when they are allowed in a new room, they can stay there (only under supervision), but as soon as it comes to marking their territory or chew on something, you immediately after the first room (which was). All puppies understand this very well and soon respect the other rooms as something very special that someone should behave. The first room can take longer for them to respect, but as they have secured full puppy proof that accidents should be minor and over time your puppy will understand that even this first room is just like everyone else. Anyway, that's what I've always done with my dogs and has always worked, male or female, neutered / spayed or not, but it takes time, be patient and consistent and will work. Moreover, whenever redirect any attempt to chew on safe chew toys and teach your pup to ignore non-toy items. For more tips on how to accomplish this, see the following Articles:
